Based on the case of an enterprise in Shandong province, a systematic analysis ismade about existing problems in human resources management of this enterprise andsubsequent countermeasures are proposed through positive and normative study.There are five parts in this article:The first part is introduction, which is about study background, study purposeand study method and design of this article.The second part is literature review, which firstly explains theoretical scope ofhuman resource management, and then characteristics of modern human resourcesmanagement; in the end, five principles of human resource management aresummarized.The third part is about the case of this enterprise, i.e. its status quo, existingproblems in its human resource management.The forth part puts forward the countermeasures based on the problems existed in thisenterprise. The preliminary program of human resource planning is as follows: firstthis enterprise should regard recruitment as the way enterprises introduce humanresource; subsequent training is used to improve these human resources; next ispromotion; then employees should be appraised in terms of their performance;continual incentive mechanism should also be established; corporate cultureconstruction is also a key factor to glue employees; last but not least, human resourcemaintenance mechanism should also be set up.The final part is conclusion and proposals. Contributions and limitations of thisstudy is stated, and proposal for further study in this field is put forward.
