The incentive is the eternal topic which needs to innovate unceasingly, in face of the serious situation of the talented person drain and the profession counterfeits, the establishment and the consummation of the incentive mechanism in accounting firm is imperative. The incentive mechanism aim to prevent the talented person drain, restrain the dishonest behavior and reassign the work enthusiastic, its work mechanism is use every incentive factor to guide the working motivation of human capital, make the individual achievements and the organization achievements union. This article unify the classics drive theory and the office special disposition, improve the Porter - Lawler comprehensive motivation model to design the total mentality of the incentive mechanism in accounting firm, prove the coexists necessity of the mathematical and non- material drive way by math model, unify the psychology knowledge to elaborated the non-material drive concrete way, namely job growth, distributive justice, non-material benefits, meanwhile introduce the dismiss risk and the enterprise culture, finally establishes six big drives factors: compensation, benefits, job growth, distributive justice, dismiss risk and enterprise culture, use regression analysis to confirm their revelations with the office work achievements. Finally, take the concrete measure to construct the accounting firm incentive mechanism.
