Study On The Pattern Of Chinese Software Enterprise Service Innovation

With the speedy development of the computer technology ,the modern communicating technology and the network technology,the IT industry becomes the main national economy backbone industry. As the representation of the IT industry, the development level of the software industry represents the IT industry level and competitive power. In recent years,our software industry has got some development and progress,software enterprises'scale and strength also have increased.However,there is still big disparity between our software enterprises and the excellent international software enterprises.There are plenty of reasons .The most important reason is that our software enterprises have not discerned the software industry development trend,and the service innovation pattern is not consummate.Software industry has involved into a new era,which was so-called "Service Competition Era".Service innovation has become one of the most important development driving force of software enterprise.However,most of the innovation research literatures concern software product development from a view of technology innovation.There are only few scholars discuss software industry innovation from the view of service innovation.The lack of theory on software service innovation has constrained the further development of software service.Thus,the author tries to discuss something about software service innovation from its pattern and key success factors,base on a view of innovation driving force,and do some contribution to promote the innovation of software enterprises.This thesis consists of seven chapters as follows:Chapter one will introduce the background,significance, research clue and method,content of this research at the same time.Chapter two will review the researches about foreign and national service innovation and software service.Chapter three analyzes the environment of our software enterprises,and then analyzes the software service innovation driving forces.Chapter four analyzes the implementation of our software service innovation,and then research the key success factors of service innovation. In chapter five,the author will try to design a service innovation pattern and then explain and comment it.Chapter six expands the chapter five,and analyzes the pattern's implementaty process,and then analyzes the guarantee system. Chapter seven is a case research,in the chapter,we choose a software company as our case to explain the service innovation pattern theory. Chapter Seven gives the conclusions of this paper and suggestions for the research afterwards.
