The Study On Mutual Relationship Between Urban Land Use Structure And Industry Structure Based On Chengdu City

Urban industry structure is the internal factor on deciding economy function and urban property and is the main reason in evolution of urban land use structure and the real dynamic on promoting urban development. The evolution of urban land use structure is material foundation on the adjustment of industry structure. On the significance, urban industry structure obtains the map by corresponding urban land use structure and shows its internal laws. General planning of urban land utilization and reasonable resources allocation are brought into developing and planning systems on the national economy, which is the main basis for adjusting industry structure and the important methods in regulating macro-economy, which is to provide land guarantee on completing the national economy and departments development plans. Therefore, exploring the change laws between urban land use structure and industry structure has the important and realistic significance on that land is used as a regulating macro-economy method.This paper will have the cutting point in the relationship between urban land use structure and industry structure, choose ChengDu city for representative study region and collect time sequence data about urban land use structure and industry structure from 1990 to 2006. This paper will analysis their change laws and matnual relationship between them by the Entropy method. Granger causal relationship and regression analysis of econometrics. On this base, it will put forward related policies and suggestion on them.The main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) dynamic change analysis on urban land use structure and industry structure in ChengDu city: dynamic change analysis on industry structure show that amplitude range of tertiary industry growth proportion is more than secondary industry, which can explain that the industry mode "secondary,tertiary "is changed into "tertiary,secondary" ;In vertical angle, nine urban land utilization type data have different direction and degree changes from 1990 to 2006. Some keep invariable trend, some increase, some decrease.(2) dynamic change rate analysis on urban land use structure and industry structure in ChengDu city: The results by structure change rate cofficient method show that change rate speed of urban land use structure is quicker than industry structure, which can explain that industry structure changes have hysteretic nature; There are different causal relationships in different lagged-time by adopting Granger causal relationship.(3) The relationship between industry value and urban land use structure analysis results: some secondary industry were migrated out from central areas, which will be extricated development spaces for commerrical and service industry that require good location condition and pay for high land price. Therefore, gradually decreasing land use ratio of industry and storage industry and increasing land use ratio of commerricaland and financial tertiary industry result in that urban land use structure becomes more and more complicated, which leads to changes of entropy value, equilibrium degree and dominance; There are negative and positive relationship between the value of tertiary industry, the value of secondary industry and entropy value of it. The changes of tertiary industry value have more significant impact on urban land use structure than the changes of secondary industry value.
