Analysis The Relationship Between The Urban Land Use Structure And Industry Structure In Mianyang

Urban land is not only one of the elements of production, but also provides necessary space for the industry development, which is an important carrier of industrial development. The reasonableness of land use structure will not only affect the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, but also affect the rational use of land resources. Economic development will inevitably lead to the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure, the changes are reflected through the urban land use, mainly the industrial restructuring not only affect the demand for urban land, but also affect the urban land use structure and spatial layout, thus make an impact on the allocation of resources and land use efficiency. It is a focus to coordinate the conflict between the demand of land resources and the scarcity of land resources, and achieve the industrial structure and the land use structure of the "dual optimization".Based on the reasons, this paper takes the urban land use structure and industrial structure as the two dynamic systems, and bases on the use of the system theory, coordination theory, the scientific and systematic theory and industry's life cycle theory, qualitative analyses the relationship between the urban land use structure and industrial structure. Second, qualitative and quantitative analyses the change of urban land use structure and industrial structure from 1999 to 2008 in Mianyang. Third, researches the relationship between urban land use structure and industrial structure by the econometric methods, and puts forward related suggestion on them.The chief conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Dynamic change analysis on urban land use structure and industry structure in Mianyang City. Comparing with developed country's urban land use structure, there are some unbalanced conditions of land in Mianyang City, for example the proportion of industry land is big; but the proportion of housing land, external communication land and afforested land is too small and so on. It indicates that the department should adjust the urban land use structure, in order to improve the balance. The change tendency of urban land is different, some maintain invariable basically, some are the declining trends, and most exists fluctuation change tendency. The entropy and equitability and the dominance index of the urban land-use structure shows that the city land use type is quite diverse, but its function discrimination is not obvious. It explains that the industrial structure transforms "two, three" the development model, by analyzing the output value proportion as well as the employment population proportion's change.(2) Quantity structural relation analysis on urban land use structure and industrial structure in Mianyang City. The irrelevance index between the urban land use structure and industrial structure shows that the scope of urban land structural change is big, and the speed is quick; the industrial structure variation rate is relatively slower than the urban land structure. The reason is that the function of urban land is not remarkable. Using the Grainger causal relation model examination, discovered that in the different lag phase, between both has the different causal relation.(3) Analysis on the dependent relationship between urban land use structure and industrial structure in Mianyang City. The average degree of Grey correlation between the urban land use structure and the industrial structure is 0.66, which shows that there is a present correlation ship between the urban land use and industrial development.
