The Growth Mechanism Of Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization In Shaanxi Province

With the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy in Shaanxi province, on one hand, farmers'dynamic nature is becoming stronger and stronger, they hope to organize to acquire market information rapidly and reduce the transaction cost in order to resist the market risks; On the other hand, it also urges a lot of Farmers'Cooperative Economic Organizations (FCEOs) to grow rapidly, but on the backside of its rapid growth, there are a series of problems such as the nonstandard development, weak cooperation and distempered growth mechanism and so on. How to establish the low operating cost and efficient organizational mechanism in order to provide a full range of services for farmers has become the problem that FCEOs need to solve urgently. Based on the background, the current status and existing problems of the FCEO, it is necessary to study the growth mechanism of FCEOs in Shaanxi province.This paper's research object is the growth mechanism of FCEOs in Shaanxi province, the main analysis tool is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the paper analyzes in the theoretical basis, development status and regional gap analysis, growth evaluation and demonstration analysis, constructing the growth mechanism and the countermeasures of promoting FCEOs in Shaanxi province to grow healthily. The paper is made up of six parts:Chapter I, Introduction. It mainly includes the research background, purpose and significance, the domestic and overseas research summarizations and evaluation, research idea and methods, as well as possible innovations.Chapter II, the Theoretical Basis of FCEO's Growth. It includes the definition and essential characteristics of FCEO, the definition of FCEO's growth and its characteristics, enterprise management of FCEO, effect factors of FCEO's growth, judgment of FCEO's growth and motivity analysis of growth, all of which can make a good theoretic foundation for the next research.Chapter III, the Development Status and Regional Gap Analysis of FCEOs in Shaanxi Province. The paper introduces the development status of FCEOs in Shaanxi province, finds out the differences by comparison between the regions, and points out the existing problems in the growth of FCEOs in Shaanxi province. Chapter IV, the Growth Evaluation of FCEOs in Shaanxi Province. The paper expounds the basic idea of the growth evaluation firstly, then establishes the index system of the growth evaluation, and makes the demonstration analysis based on Xingsheng dairy professional cooperative organization in Qianyang County.Chapter V, the Construction of FCEO's Growth Mechanism. The paper studies on the growth course of the FCEOs abroad and the enlightenment to China, expounds the idea and principles of the construction of FCEO's growth mechanism, and constructs the FCEO's growth mechanism in Shaanxi province finally.Chapter VI, the Countermeasures of Promoting FCEOs in Shaanxi Province to Grow Healthily. The paper puts forward the countermeasures of promoting FCEOs in Shaanxi province to grow healthily in the three aspects: internal mechanisms of FCEO, farmers and the government functions.
