Agriculture has been the focus of our government all the time, The development condition of agriculture which plays a fundamental role in Chinese national economy directly affects the running status of our national economy. In recent years, the agriculture of our country has developed greatly. A major reason is that the agricultural industrialization of our country has become more and more mature, and has become the effective way to realize the agricultural modernization of our country. And the key to developing the agricultural industrialization is to develop the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. "The opinions of the State Council on supporting the development of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises", released in 2012, clearly pointed out that the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises is the organizer and leader of the agricultural industrialization. Therefore, vigorously developing the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises can promote the development of local industry, local economy and people income level. Anhui province is a major agricultural province, in which agricultural resources are very. rich.And in recent years, the emergence of a large number of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises has sprung up. But the enterprise scale is relative small, and the enterprise internal management performance is to be improved.So this paper analyzes the current development situation of Anhui agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, and takes Hefei Fengle Seed Industry incorporated company as example which is the first listed agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Anhui Province. Then studies its business performance in nearly 7 years. And on the basis of summarizing the analysis results, proposes some countermeasures to further promote the business performance of Anhui agricultural industrialization leading enterprises.This paper has six chapters:the first chapter elaborates the research background, the research purpose and significance, the main contents, the research methods and technical routes, and the innovation and inadequate of this study. The second chapter is literature review, summarizes the relevant literature on the agriculture industrialization leading enterprises business performance at home and abroad.The third chapter makes a specific summarization of the related concepts of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, business performance.The fourth chapter introduces the present situation of Anhui agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. The fifth chapter is the empirical study section, chooses Hefei Fengle Seed Industry incorporated company as example, uses multiple index analysis method establishing the operating performance evaluation system of Hefei Fengle Seed Industry incorporated company, determines the weight of each index by entropy-right method, and calculates the business performance of Sample Firms during 2006-2012. Based on the above analysis, the sixth chapter puts forward some policy suggestions to promote business performance of Anhui agricultural industrialization leading enterprise from the aspects of enterprises and government.
