Study On The Contract Management Model Of Government Investment Project

This paper further analysis the feature and history based on the research of the management model of government investment project which is spreading out in our country. It discusses the type of the management mode, indicates the shortage ,analysis the reason resulting in shortage and demonstrates necessity carrying out construction agent system. It sums up the advantage of the application of international professional management and the relative centralized management by comparison and research the management model of government investment project between the United States, Britain, Germany and Hong Kong .So the paper gives reform idea to carry out construction agent system.We draw a conclusion that it is more scientific and effective project management model through analysis the foundation knowledge of construction agent system.
