A Research On Theoretical Research And Empirical Analysis Of Industrial Clusters Based On Network

In recent years, the importance of industrial clusters has been self-evident for governments of various countries, and the results of industrial clusters researched by the academic are also like voluminous. From the perspective of the network, used management, innovative economics, industry economics and sociology disciplines, this article focuses on production networks, social networks and knowledge networks in the industry clusters, and study the system's collection of industry Cluster Competitiveness formation mechanism, and then build a competitive industrial cluster evaluation index system, using principal component analysis of the competitiveness of industrial clusters for the quantitative evaluation, and finally it empirically analyzes competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industrial cluster in Hubei province. This study can be divided into the following areas:The first chapter is introduction which paves the way for a theory primarily for the follow-up study. Through the study of the network organization theory at home and abroad, the competitiveness of the industrial cluster theory and related industrial cluster network theory presented in this paper, the starting point, that is, industrial clusters will be divided into production networks, social networks and knowledge network from the perspective of the network; Chapter II analyzes the Production network of industrial clusters, it focuses on the relationship between the module production networks , the global production network and the competitiveness and regards that module production networks and global production networks are the results of the modern global economy development and the arrival of the inevitable product of the knowledge-based economy, which is the basis of the premise to form the competitiveness of the cluster; Chapter III analyze social network of the industrial cluster, it studies social capital as the main targets, focusing on endogenous social capital and the role social capital played on the competitiveness of industrial clusters, regards that with industrial clusters development the social capital has constantly improved and through embedding in the economic development the social capital can reduce transaction costs, improve the industry cluster innovation, and form the competitiveness; Chapter IV analyze knowledge network of industry cluster, through the analysis of the efficiency of the operation of the network knowledge of the cluster it regards that knowledge networks of industrial clusters have higher operating efficiency which is conducive to the formation of clusters interactive learning and innovation mechanism realized in the clusters; Chapter V regards that the synergies among the three major networks have formed a common competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantages in the clusters based on the analysis above, and then builds a 3D evaluation system, introduce the corresponding evaluation index, and finally using of principal component analysis to evaluation the competitiveness of the industrial cluster for the quantitative evaluation; Chapter VI is an Empirical Analysis which empirically evaluates the competitive strength of the equipment manufacturing industrial cluster in Hubei province, and proposes four measures to upgrading the equipment manufacturing industry cluster of Hubei according to what have discussed above.
