Since the biotechnology become the major technology in 21st, the GMF which means the genetically modified food is a popular subject that attract public and scientist attention in recent years. After the emerg of the first GMF tobaco, the discovery of genetically modified food like potato, tomato, cotton and cabbage had been invented. American is not noly the first one which apply the genetically modified food reaserch in to agriculture, but also the country which has the mass production of GMF. Its technics and management are still in high level. Some of the methods about the public policy and management of GMF can be unutrualised by us. Meanwhile we must be critical for the lack of the technic and management of genetically modified food in american. The policy of the GMF can be directly lead to the food safty evaluation management, brand management and commercial control. According to the situation in China,It is nessessary to cross-exam the advantages and disadvantages about the public management of GMF between two countries and to make our pulic management of GMF more better. It is meaningful to develop the research of GMF in china and to be sure that GMF in china has esnetial theroy and pratical meaning.As a very important reasearch of GMF in this century, the reasearch and development of GMF can bring us the huge benefit and negative effect as well. This can be an issue of public and scientists. It can be a problem to control ,manage and supervise the GMF. Thougt the cross-exam, we wish to establish a evaluation system, brand management and pricipal of commercial control. First, from technicl aspect of management, to offer a new approach to the ruling the policy of the GMF can be meaningful. Second based on the first one we can incrase the agriculture productivty and improve the eviorment by improving our GMF standard.
