Food safety is not only closely related to the vital interests of the people,but also affects the stable development of society and the country.As a product of new technology,GM foods have entered our lives from all angles.The current research on it has its own rationality and limitations.The topic of whether GM foods are harmul is still not conclusive.However,due to the various advantages of genetically modified foods,it will certainly develop and grow with these controversies.Therefore,research on the introduction and management of genetically modified foods is a practical need to protect consumers' right to life and health,and it is also a necessary measure to maintain social and national stability.The main content of this article is as follows.Firstly,the theory of introduction and management of genetically modified foods is explored,and the specificity and necessity of the safety supervision of genetically modified foods caused by the uncertainty of genetically modified foods are described.Secondly,questionnaire surveys and field surveys are used to analyze the production of genetically modified foods.There are practical needs for the introduction and management of genetically modified food by different stakeholders such as operators and consumers.Through the research of this article,we will find out the actual needs of the current introduction and management of genetically modified foods,analyze the problems existing in government supervision,and provide reasonable policy recommendations for the functional departments to formulate effective and effective supervision measures,so as to urge enterprises to legally operate and maintain the legality of consumers.rights and interests.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.This chapter introduces the current status of the development of genetically modified foods,summarizes some current research results on genetically modified foods supervision at home and abroad,points out the significance of the research,and clarifies the research framework and research methods of the paper.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis.This chapter introduces some of the basic concepts and theoretical foundations covered in this article,such as the definition of foods and genetically modified foods,and the definition of genetically modified food safety risks.The main theoretical foundations are risk regulation theory,genetically modified food safety regulation theory,and Pareto improvement.theory.The third part analyzes the supply of genetically modified foods and management systems.This chapter comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the current status of the development and operation of GM food safety supervision in China,and points out the current achievements and deficiencies,and analyzes the background behind the current status of GM food safety legislation,the status quo of regulatory systems,and the status of law enforcement.Deep-rooted reasons.The study found that the current legislation on the safety of genetically modified foods has gradually formed a system,the institutional framework has gradually become clear and clear,and the law enforcement of GM foods has also achieved certain results.However,there are still some problems,such as the low level of legislation,unreasonable regulatory system,and weak law enforcement capabilities.The fourth part analyzes the requirements for the introduction and management of GM foods.In this chapter,social statistics and questionnaire surveys were used to examine the requirements of food production operators and consumers on government supervision,and to provide an empirical basis for the objective evaluation and improvement of China's GM food safety supervision.The study believes that producers and operators hope that the government can strengthen the supervision of genetically modified foods,increase the publicity of genetically modified foods,and pay attention to the guidance services of producers and operators;consumers hope that the government will strengthen the promotion of genetically modified foods,reasonable labeling,and perfect legislation.Law enforcement work.Through the participation of practitioners in the management and design of a reasonable questionnaire to understand consumer awareness of genetic modification and consumer willingness to understand their views and needs of the current government for genetically modified food supervision,and lay the foundation for the introduction and management of genetic modification.The fifth part is policy recommendations.Through reasonable analysis and research in previous chapters,we have come to the conclusion that government agencies should strengthen the measures for the introduction and management of genetic transformation.The study believes that the government needs to do the following.The first is to clarify the basic principles of risk prevention,the second is to improve the legislative system,integration of regulatory power,the third is to establish a sound system of identification,the fourth is to build a reasonable public participation mechanism.
