This thesis tries to make detailed theoretical and empirical studies about the conception, function and location decision-making of city logistic centers.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:By referencing to existing literature in this field, the conception, category, basic rule and programming of the city logistics is reviewed, and the general methods of city logistic center's location decision-making are analyzed. The thesis emphasizes the establishment and the test of the city logistics center model. According to the characteristics of logistic centers, main factors and rules that influence the city center location are established. Then different strategies of location are classified. In order to win the best economic benefit, the models of the city logistics center are constructed; the parameters are confirmed and the process is founded.The thesis research the dynamic location of the city logistics center in the end. Firstly, the thesis divides projection period of the logistics distribution center into some stages on the basis of characteristic of different stage, at the same time uses dynamic programming to simulate and solve this problem, finally inverts the dynamic location of multi-stages problem into the shortest path problem. The model, which based on the dynamic programming technology of the multiple periods, selects the best location from many available programmers to attach the goal. It is that logistics distribution center must meet the needs of different periods and will try to min the cost and at the same time take into account the implementation of the programmer.
