The Research Of Design Management In Construction Machinery Enterprises

And construction machinery is a systemic industry including investigation, design, research and development, manufacture and sales. How to introduce design management into construction machinery, how to make the design integrate into technology ,into management and into markets, help construction machinery enterprises make the right and efficient design strategy to win in the complicated competition, to achieve maximum economic benefits.This article summed up the general theory system of design management. On the basis of it, innovate the "people-oriented" concept of the design management, and analyze various aspects of the design management from a new perspective.This is not only a new decomposition of design management, but also is to re-examine the better possibility in the human-centered design process. It should start from the"human"as the center in the management procedure of construction machinery enterprises. On the view of systemic design management, design strategy, design organization, design communication is the key issues.Based on the different role of the"human"in the design, we can analyze the theory system of design management from the role of consumers, managers and designers, and discuss the design strategy faced to consumers, the design organization faced to manager, the design communication faced to designers.Firstly, the article raises the theory issues of design strategy, such as forms, functions and methods. And then build the frame of design strategy procedure to help the construction machinery enterprises to make and bring into effect. Secondly, analyze the working conformation and the classification about design organization, to show the importance of design manager and what they should do. And the design communication is the progress of sharing the information, to deal with the"designers"and design. It is the idea and attitude of the designers through which the enterprises can make the design more perfect.
