A Research To The Economic Development Environment Of Sino-Vietnamese Border Ethnic Areas Since The Founding Of PRC

Economic development environment is the sum of factors which is in close connection with and highly effects economy activities. It includes the natural geographical environment, economic environment and social environment. Usually, the economic development environment is of crucial importance to the progressing and flourishing of a certain regional. Therefore, the study of economic development environment has coursed great academic and governmental concern since the 1990s home and abroad.Improving the border regions' economic development environment is the focus and also the difficulty of building rich civilized and harmonious new Guangxi. It is no doubt that to use economic history theory for thematic to studies the economic development environment since the founding of these regions has important practical significance. Based on the field survey to Napo, Jingxi, Dah Sing, Lung, and Pingxiang, Ningming, Fangcheng and Dongxing these eight counties (cities or districts)of Guangxi lacted in the Sino-Vietnamese border, on historical facts, and onthe combinational use of macro-inspection and case studies, the author takes specific research of the economic development environment of Sino-Vietnamese border Ethnic areas since the founding of PRC, and then discuss the issue of"improving the environment for development, building rich civilized and harmonious new border".The text has five chapters:The first chapter focuses on the topics identified of this paper, academic and research developments, and the advantages, limitations and further research of the thesis;Chapter II detaily analyzes the natural environment of Sino-Vietnamese border ethnic regions in three aspects: geographical location, traffic transportation and natural resources;Chapter III analyzes the economic environment on the levels of economic development, ethnic composition and population resources of the Sino-Vietnamese border areas, and explores the reseaons of its economic lag, expects to grasp the economic operation of certain inherent characteristics and history economic laws;Chapter IV stufies the social environment Sino-Vietnamese borader areas from three angles:the main traditional characteristics of minorities (including the unique customs and religious beliefs and chieftain system residual), the cross-border exchanges between Chinese and Vietnamese people, and the relationship between China and Vietnam;Chapter V gives a general review to economic development environment of the Sino-Vietnamese border since the founding of national, then give recommendations to"building rich civilized and harmonious new border".Overview the development of economic environment of Sino-Vietnamese border areas in nearly 60 years, we can see that the region's economic development was greatly restricted by the nature envionment and the low and long-term turmoil. And the after-effects are not yet eradicate. Therefore, the study of economic development environment of Sino-Vietnamese border areas since the founding of PRC drawing lessons from history enable us to a correct view of the economic development of the existing problems to meet the situation, county (city) situation of development proposals, the region in Guangxi economic development in the future play a greater role, and will become a new round of Guangxi rapid economic development.
