Management is a kind of productivity,and the purpose of management is to use as many resources as possible.Border tourism management involves political,economic,legal,cultural and other aspects,the relevant departments have foreign affairs,customs,tourism and other industries,so the study of tourism management boundary requires researchers with multi-disciplinary knowledge accumulation and management experience.China Vietnam border customs and folk culture,coastal scenery tourism resources to tourists have a great attraction.Geographical advantages,resource advantages,policy advantages,so that the border area has a broad market and development prospects.Border border tourism benefits not only deepen the friendship of the Vietnamese state,but also the development of border tourism,improve the visibility of the border,increased communication and contacts with the outside world to improve the border residents.Border tourism as a new form of tourism,not lack of maturity,faced many difficulties,to support the development needs of national and local governments and tourism enterprises,the need for a more relaxed policy environment,standardized,fair and orderly tourism market.This paper argues that Sino-Vietnamian border tourism management research should be placed in regional tourism cooperation,not only to take measures to regulate China's border tourism market,but also with the South cooperation and common development of border tourism market in regional tourism cooperation,not only to consider mutual economic benefits,More importantly,consider the management of docking.According to the elements of tourism resources to the system elements for the protection of the market elements as the object to the coordination of the two elements of management as the basis for coordination of management projects is implemented.In view of the limited knowledge of the author,and the Vietnamese border tourism management information is insufficient,in fact,in fact,no further sublimation,thus affecting the quality of this article,making collaborative management research is still very superficial.
