Chinese Life Insurance Company Marketing Agent System Reorganization Research

Since China has entered into WTO, the insurance industry has been open to the outside world causing lots of foreign invested, Sino-foreign and Chinese life insurance companies drived a high speed development period of life insurance industry has been formed and the income of premium increased rapidly while the group of insurance agent expands gradually. Meanwhile, each life insurance company makes constant reformation and innovation for agent system of life insurance aiming to find out a system good for self development. However, the associated investment insurance of Pingan encountered a credit crisis in life industry resulting in the obvious exposure of shortcomings of insurance agent system which has been impacted severely.Moreover, the job-hopping of excellent agents and decelerating of group of insurance agent made the life insurance company in a devil of a hole. The main cause for that is: non-establishment of recruiting system of insurance agent, ineffective training, imperfection of performance evaluation, insufficient of payment inspiration system, and lack of control in internal organization.The text emphasizes on research of reorganization of insurance agent system in two points. One is put forward an initial design of reorganization of insurance agent system based on self experience, the other is providing a method of reorganization of insurance agent system through an example of another life insurance company, which are mutual affect each other.In conclusion, the life insurance company shall based on domestic market to make innovation on the precondition of opening to outside world and absorbing various advanced management experience and marketing mode of foreign company to find out a system with Chinese characteristics and is applicable to each company.
