| With the fast development of tourism industry in our country,urging to the development of non-optimal tourism district attracts more and more attentions day by day,it has become an important realm in the research of tourist science,but the condition of non-optimal tourism district has its own particularity,its tourism development should follow an unconventional mode,adopt the new development strategy and path in order to urge the tourism industry to grow strong. On the basis of reading domestic and foreign research results,through mathematical analysis, survey, literature reading,case analysis and other methods,this paper uses the theories of regional tourism development to carry on the analysis of present situation and the development discussion of the non-optimal tourism district in the Hebei Taihang Mountains area,aiming at supplementing and perfecting the system of theory and providing the theory instruction for its tourism development practices in this area.The author constructs the contents structure of this paper,which is divided into six parts:the first chapter is exordium. It proposes research background , the study aim and contribution,the research significance,the research present situation and the primary coverage of non-optimal tourism district;the second chapter discusses and defines the concept from three aspects,analyses the basic characteristics and the origin of non-optimal tourism district;the third chapter Judges the Hebei Taihang Mountains area as non-optimal tourism district according to its resources position,the market position,the geography transportation position,tourist area's image,the ecological environment,selects the quantitative indexes to divide the concrete scope of the non-optimal tourism district,and analyses its natural overview,tourism resources occurrence situation,socio-economic development of the status quo,development of tourism;the fourth chapter analyses development conditions,the existent problems and the development opportunities,the influent factors,the development theories and the principles and the concrete development strategies of non-optimal tourism district in the Hebei Taihang Mountains;the fifth chapter takes Neiqiu county as an example and make a concrete analysis on the tourism development of the typical non-optimal district;the sixth chapter is summaries of this paper,the main conclusions include: 1. Hebei Taihang Mountains is a typical non-optimal tourism district,its tourism resources is rich, but its utilization level is not high,the main image is not prominent;poor conditions of regional tourism market and geographical location;regional accessibility and ease of transport to be improved;tourism image and the ecological environment to be improved.2. Use indicators analysis, the results will be analysed and compared to the Hebei Province,Hebei Taihang Mountains areas in Baoding City,Shijiazhuang City, Xingtai City,Handan City in the four cities of the 25 counties (cities, districts) of non-optimal tourism district,mainly refers to some mountain districts,in the tourism development process exists a series of restrictions.3. Non-optimal tourism district in the Hebei Taihang Mountains area development model for multi-center—the development of the hinterland;in the development of ideas to implement on the joint collaboration,building quality,enhancing the image,focusing on key issues,promoting the overall,and achieving sustainable development;in the development strategy through the implementation of market strategy,product strategy,and strengthen basic services construction,tourism services supporting the construction of a system,security system,and the ecological environment protection and control of a series of measures to enhance region's attractive tourism purpose.4.The papers make assessment on the tourism development conditions of Neiqiu county,in view of the current problems,I propose some countermeasures and concrete enforcement measures of tourism development in the future. |
