Tourism Resources In Non-optimal Area Tourism Development

In China, there is a tide of tourism exploration which is following the great development of tourism industry. The phenomenon exists in many developed districts, and more developing areas, i.e. non-optimal tourism areas. In the past years, the researchers paid more attention on superior tourism areas, while the non-optimal tourism areas were ignored. So the theories cannot promote these areas development.The author has tried to perfect the development theory of non-optimal tourism area. The paper makes Heze, Shandong province as a sample. The article is supported by three aspects primarily in conclusion:Section 1: has analyzed the research background and meaning by two angles, i.e.practical and theoretic significance, and has established the theoretic framework. Through the analysis, we has gotten the conclusion that the study on non-optimal tourism areas is very important.Section 2: has summed up the research achievements of non-optimal tourism areas, and has analyzed the achievements from multi-angle, and has gotten the Literature Review. Be based on the former work, the author has set up the theoretic framework and assessment standard of the Non-optimal tourism areas; has analyzed the development feasibility of Non-optimal tourism areas, and concluded that there are five aspects in it.Section 3: Sample research, the most important part of the paper. In this part, we has made Heze, Shandong province as an sample: (1) analyzed the characteristics of Heze,which is a Non-optimal tourism area; (2) analyzed the condition, actuality and problems in the tourism development of Heze; (3)the development research of Heze, including two parts, one is tourism product, one is marketing promotion. In the first aspect, there are six items , i.e."One city, One belt, Two districts, Two pieces"; in the second one, analyzed the marketing, hoping to promote the tourism image and brand of Heze.
