In mass production system, assembly line balance impact the efficiency of the whole manufacturing system. It directly impacts work efficiency that how to improve work efficiency under current conditions, and how to balance the load of each station.In the paper, through adopting ECRS method, we have done some essential improvements, such as, eliminate some stations, combine some stations, simplify some stations, and decrease amount of workstations. It has offered very great help for the following line balance work. It is not only to decrease the mounts of carrying, but also reduce the product quantity in assembly line. It will help us to save much money. For the line balance part, in my opinion, the first key duty is that increase the capability of essential station, it can help us to make the line balance better. Then through analyzing the speed of auto assembly machine and improving the time of the cam. We have received great improvements. These improvements give us great help to reduce the cycle time. We divided the line into two dependent product lines. Through setting up a small amount stock, we can get perfect line balance. We used the mathematics method to get the related formulas and we verify the formula that it is minimum stock.I compared the efficiency between the former with improving, no matter it is the line balance, or the product assembly time, they have a great improvement. The methods and formulas that the paper offered can be used to more enterprise applications.
