Study On The Industrial Development Path In Beijing Outskirts

From the two points of view of industry instructure and space layout ,the paper reserch on the industry development path in Beijing outskirts since 1990s by the forces of city suburbanization and suburbs urbanization. From the result we can see, there are problems during the upgrading of the structure and the layout optimization of Beijing outskirts industry. For example, agriculture gradually disappear ; the industrial upgrading direction is inconsistent with the function orientation of the capital city and take on a phenomenon of circle proliferation which proliferates fome city center to suburbs;form 3rd ring road to 4th ring road,5th ring road;from the suburbs to the exurbs and development zones. the aggregated producer services districts have a serious trend of scattered building and redundant construction.The development of Beijing outskirts industry have a great influence on the division of work and co-operation in Jing-Jin-Ji Metropolis it also affects the capital industry clusters and the formation of Multi-center urban spatial structure and the sustainable development of the capital . The author think that there are many reciprocity reasons, theory misleading, market-induced, the guide and institutional constraints, to result in the problems. The paper has re-summaryed the development of the theory from many angles, summed up the practice of industrial development in Paris region.Then, the paper raises the idea that the functions orientation must be clear in the development of Beijing outskirts industry , which is the development of their own, service capital and radiation around. The paper also raised the principle of develop Beijing outskirts industry based on overall. Finally,the paper point that we must protect thd outskirts agriculture,according to the resource endowment and the position of service capital adjust the agriculture production structure; according to the comparative advantage to adjust the ourskirt industry structure and space layouts in Jing-Jin-Ji Metropolis; Strengthen the government guide and promote industrial clusters .
