Research On The Development Countermeasures For Green Food Industry In Heilonjigang Province

Industrialization and modern agriculture development have created a great deal of material treasure for the human being, meanwhile it has brought us many problems such as environment pollution, the ecological condition of being unbalanced, soil worsen and food quality decreased. Food security has become the big global problem. Green food is a kind of non-polluted, safe, high nutritional quality food which is fit for the need of society development and people's daily life. Developing the green food industry can promote ecological environment, increase agri-product quality, security people's health and increase agri-benefit. As a big agricultural province, Heilongjiang province is the earliest to explore and build up the green food industry over the whole nation. With 16-year development it has become the most developed area for green food in China. It has an important strategic significance to promote the sustainabie development of Heilongjiang economy, realize the well-off society with developing green food and increasing agri-products'quality, enhance the competitive ability in agricultural scale and quality and increase the peasants'income under the competitive advantage and potential condition of this province. So this article is on the topic of"Research on the Development Countermeasures for Green Food Industry in Heilonjigang Province"and carrys on some relative research. It will provide some scientific basis and operational ways for Heilongjiang province when they make policies and decision-makings on green food industry.This article has two parts of research frames for main topic part and practice part base on the theory of agri-industrialization, ecological agriculture, sustainable development, residents'consumption, clean production and competitive advantage of industrialization. In the third section, it has a brief summary and analysis on the historical development and present situation of Heilongjiang province. On the base of the statistical method, it has arranged and analyzed the aspects on product amount, product structure, the status quo of enterprise, base building, section distribution and marketing etc. Some research data has given the descriptive conclusion. In the forth section, it has pointed out the basic advantage and current opportunities to the development of green food in Heilongjiang Province by researching the development of green food under the framework of existing natural conditions of Heilongjiang Province and the economic and social situation analysis and categorization. The fifth chapter is focusing on research, production, marketing, management, and other aspects. The main obstacle to the development of green food factors of Heilongjiang Province has been analyzed and pointed out.With the research and analysis, some methods and suggestions about the development of Heilongjiang green food has been given, and the effective methods and ways on regional development of Green Food have been tried to find out. In the sixth chapter, according to the goals of green food development of 2010, eight countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward. It includes: (1) clairfy the key stone of development and give a reasonable overall arrangement; (2) clarify government function, increasing support of policy; (3) enhance the production base level of standardization; (4) support the leading backbone enterprises, cultivating high-quality brand-name products; (5) establish and perfect green food management system; (6) establish a diversified investment mechanism and agricultural enterprises benefit-sharing mechanisms; (7) develop green and characteristics resources, and constantly optimize the product mix; (8) play geographic advantage in the international market.
