This article focuses on the relationship of subordinate-supervisor conscientiousness fit, trust in leadership and staff work attitude, and also discusses on the mediator effect of trust in leadership. This paper begins with a literature review of correlative theories and practices, and then puts forward the study frame. This paper uses the mature scales to form a questionnaire and does the survey. It's important to mention that the study uses the indirect measurement method to get the degree of the subordinate-supervisor conscientiousness fit. It requires the testee to give scores twice for the same item; one is to evaluate the perceived conscientiousness of his/her direct supervisor, and the other is to evaluate the conscientiousness of himself/herself. After that, it uses the geometrical distance (D) to calculate the disparity of the subordinate-supervisor conscientiousness fit.Using the available sample of 357 employees to do the data analysis, the results show that: (1) Some specific dimensionalities of the subordinate-supervisor conscientiousness fit have significant positive influence to trust in leadership, organizational commitment, and career satisfaction; (2) There are significant positive correlations between trust in leadership and organizational commitment, career satisfaction; (3) Trust in leadership plays partial mediator role between independent variables and dependent variables. Implications of the results for theory and practice are discussed.
