Research To Inner Mongolia Wu Late Grassland Use Right Circulation

With developing of agri-technic,extending the scale of productive scales, labor force deriving, expending of town construction,land use right has transferred here and there. Grassland use right circulation is the foremost fields in our pasturing area reformation system. It has boosted the pasturing economic.We investigated and analyzed the grassland use right circulation generally in Inner Mongolia Wu late. The method adopted is the questionnaire investigation and review on the spot. We discuss the the status quo and the main problems existed in Wu late.This research included the following content: the first chapter put forward the research question and ideas ; The second part expatiate mainly the theory about land use right circulation, which could directly induce the land use right transfer.The third chapter mainly studied status quo , performance and the main problems existed in grassland use right circulation; The fouth part analized the reasons which led questions.The fifth chapter described promotion mechanism. Through studies,we can reach the following conclusions:(1) Land transfer is a systems engineering project. It involves the science, economics, law and ethics, and other multi-disciplinary cross.(2)Wu Late grasslands use right circulation against the total contracted area is roughly 7 percent of the area, animal husbandry number involved is 10 percent of the total number .In the circulation rate, average rate in Wu Late is 7 percent: The circulation rate is the highest-Bayinbaolige for 10 percent . The circulation rate was the lowest-huogeqi only 4 percent .The town's population more intensive, more convenient transport, economic development faster, according to market premium theory, lead to the town of circulation rate higher than the sumu of circulation rate .(3)The main form of circulation is subcontracting, transfer, exchange, lease.
