Along with the progress and development of modern society, more and more enterprises began to focus on the core staff, in order to attract, manage well, and retaining the core staff at any cost. This is because enterprises have come to realize the cost of human resources is no longer the main cost elements enterprise, but an enterprise's main elements of the capital, the greater the investment, the more it returns. Modern enterprise core competitiveness is the formation of the core staff to rely on credit. However, many enterprises will be in the mode of operation and management talents from the product-oriented direction into the process of the management staff for the core existence of this or that problem, leading to the core staff to enter, the bad.
