Following 40 years of reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises are gradually moving towards the world,and the total economic volume become the second largest economy in the world.With the intensification of competition at home and abroad,some problems are faced in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading.The efficiency of human resource management of enterprises is not enough to support the enterprises' strategic development,a large number of core employees leave job hopping,which causes enterprises loss of talents competitiveness down.As a new small medium private science company which is in the technology innovation venture scope,Y company closely follows the development of Internet technology,which develops and designs actively intelligent products,the scale of development is growing.Following the change of mobile Internet technology,the demand for technology and products transformation and upgrading of intelligent,it is necessary to speed up the adjustment of the development strategy.While the current human resource management of Y company has insufficient support for the strategy through enterprise transformation and upgrading process,there is a phenomenon of core employees' job hopping and turnover.Attracting core excellent staff to suit to strategic development needs.This paper takes the core staff of Y company as the research perspective,through the systematic analysis of the current situation in human resource management,the problems of the incentive mechanism of the core employees of Y company are put forward,and the solutions are raised.Firstly,using the literature review method,this paper makes a detailed analysis and arrangement of the research status and incentive theory of core employees at home and abroad,and puts forward the theoretical support and research content,research ideas and methods of this research.Secondly,the current status and problems of the core employees in Y company are investigated by using the questionnaire survey method.Analyze the current status of the company's core employees' incentive satisfaction.Then,through the data processing and analysis of SPSS20.0,it is found that the core employees of Y company are relatively low in the current incentive status,the incentive index system is not scientific,the motivation of the core employees is insufficient and the use of the work is not obvious.Finally,these problems are aimed to resolve.The incentive mechanism of the core staff in Y company is optimized from the design ideas,process and framework,incentive mechanism etc,the safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of strategic planning,institutional organization guarantee,resource allocation,cultural construction etc.This paper is high practical value to the construction of incentive mechanism in Y company's core staff that can improve in human resource management level,while it has a certain reference value for small and medium-sized private enterprises.
