This year marks the beginning of the 14 th Five-Year Plan.The "CPC Central Committee's Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the 2035 Long-term Goals" just released by the two sessions proposed that the adaptability of vocational and technical education should be enhanced.,Explore the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,and vigorously cultivate technical talents.This is undoubtedly an opportunity for the development of vocational education.In recent years,with the liberalization of the second-child policy,the demand for pre-school education talents has increased sharply,and the development of society has continuously reformed and deepened pre-school education.In the face of the ever-proposed requirements of professional "high-quality" standards,it is of great practical significance to improve the professional competence of students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools.This article takes the improvement of the professional ability of preschool education majors in secondary vocational education in Nanyang City,Henan Province as the research object.Through literature review and questionnaire surveys,we understand the basic teaching situation and research status of preschool education majors,from the three-dimensional survey of professional ability,method ability and social ability.The status quo of professional ability of pre-vocational education students.At the same time,interviews were conducted with teaching managers,professional teachers,and kindergarten managers in secondary vocational schools to understand the status quo of students' professional abilities from multiple angles,and to collect the basis for in-depth analysis.Through analysis,it is found that the professional competence of students majoring in pre-school education in Nanyang City has the following problems: weak mastery of major-related outlines,standards,and regulations,and less attention to extracurricular professional knowledge;students' artistic skills and information such as playing,singing,and jumping The students' ability to create environment and dance is weak,and their bilingual teaching ability is generally weak;their professional development ability is insufficient and their professional development ideology is not firm.Analysis of the reasons lies in the fact that the cultivation of students is out of reality,the students lack effective career planning guidance,and the "school-kindergarten" cooperation is not close.Based on the analysis of existing problems and causes,combined with research results and experience at home and abroad,the author proposes corresponding countermeasures from four aspects: first,accurate positioning,and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching;second,strengthen the guidance of students' career planning;Third,build a professional faculty with a reasonable structure;fourth,deepen "school-kindergarten" cooperation.
