Career management is an important part of HR management. In one hand,the organization manages career plan for employees and, plans and applies completely for the existing human resource, establishing a mechanism for selecting and developing personnel, meeting the need of human resource during the development of the organization. On the other hand,employee keep self-managing his own career in organization, accomplishing their career plan and development with the help of the organizaiton,realizing their self-value on the way to achieving their goal.As to employee's career management, S pharmacy Co., Ltd devotes a mass of the arm of flesh and material resources, which results at some better effects. But, there is still some problems existing in this system.Firstly, this essay introduces the background of problem, showing that employee' s career management is an important part of HR management. Secondly, expatiates the conditions of S Pharmacy Co., Ltd, as well as his human resource management, conducting analysis and discussing the problems existing in the career mannagement. By studying and discussing the career developing plan system of the organization which is esteblished for the employees,as well as the self-managing career system of the employees, In the end, tries to give some solution and better advice to the discovered problem,and then better the career system of S Pharmacy Co., Ltd.
