With the global economic integration process has accelerated, especially since the 1990s, China's survival and development of enterprises facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, the organizational structure of enterprises active in the comprehensive changes, reasonable organizational structure and management model are even more important than the advanced technology.This paper mainly on the following parts and demonstration. The first part of the theory in the analysis of the nature and origin of enterprises economic reasons on the basis of the modern enterprise organizational structure and its dimensions, summed up some common form of the organizational structure of enterprises, the function of the type and cause-oriented organizations done a focus of research and analysis.The second part is devoted to make a comparison of the enterprises between United States, Japan and Germany and our country, to sum up the deficiencies and the corresponding countermeasures .Empirical research is divided into Part III, the author of enterprise management through the in-depth study and exploration, and found that the organizational structure of enterprises played a large impact on the business performance and the survival and development of enterprises. Based on 101 domestic enterprises on the basis of empirical data and found that there is no clear correlation between the organizational structure types of enterprises and the performance of enterprises. The organizational structure of enterprises on the standardization of enterprise performance a certain role in promoting; The professionalization of the organizational structure of enterprises and corporate performance have positive effects; The organizational structure of enterprises and the centralization of the extent of the enterprise performance with a certain negative effect.
