Organizational change means that the organization should adjust and ameliorate its structure, system, business process and culture in time to enhance personal and organizational success in today's ever-changing environment.Change management has become an imperative rather than a topic. Change is a common thing rather than a rare one nearly for every organization.This article confronts the current state of management and the slow pace of management change of Hunan Computer Company Ltd to search after new projects for organization structure change. The thesis has summarized and analyzed the present circumstance and problems of the organization structure of Hunan Computer Company Ltd. On the basis, the paper has redesigned two projects for the above aspects. Then, the paper shortly recommends the strategy and steps of implementing the projects.At the end of this paper, the author recognizes that any one of the two projects in this paper is useful for Hunan Computer Company Ltd to change from the mess to sunny conditions, especially the last one project.
