This thesis discussed the general manager's competency of CHINA TIETONG Telecommunication Corporation Branch, by using several management theories. The competency study needs high targeted, qualified professional, strict requirement for time-bound, many reference and variable factors, it is necessary to think about the enterprise special condition. It faces to certain difficulties and challenge. To study the GM's competency, will help CTT to choose cadres more reasonably, advance the personnel reform, enhance core competitive ability. After elaborating the background, basic routine, several methods, GM characters, relationship inside, the thesis determines 8 key factors of GM's competency—self-control, organizational concepts, team leadership, directing group, information searching, self-confidence, initiative, interpersonal insight, and flexibility. The observation method is used to check the result finally. |
