In recent years, "Software Outsourcing" is one of the most popular jargons in software industry. China is well-recognized as the new emerging software outsourcing center. The tremendous international software outsourcing market fostered great opportunity to the development of China' s software outsourcing service industry. However, human resources fall short of this industry' s development. Therefore, how to maintain and keep low demission rate in HR management becomes the most important work in companies dedicated to software outsourcing industry. This paper aims to analyze employee demission reasons in the company of software outsourcing, study the countermeasures, and improve HR management from recruitment, performance contributors, training, and enterprise culture based on HR specialty in this industry. The thesis includes 3 parts: The first part introduces current development status of software outsourcing industry domestically and internationally, and analyzes the obstacles to set forth the topic of this paper. The second part introduces the basic theory and analyzing methodologies. And the third part studies the MM company demission reasons based on job category, position level, and length of service factors, summarizes management characters and handicaps, and finds corresponding solutions to mitigate demission rate for the software outsourcing companies.
