Communication Engineering Project Management &Organization Structure Research

Project management is the late 1950s to develop a management plan, it appears, has aroused world. From the start of the 1970s, project management and scientific management as an important branch on the implementation of the project provided a powerful form of organization to improve on various human resources and the use of the planning, organization, implementation and control methods, which led to a broad people's attention, as well as management practices to make an important contribution As China's telecommunications industry has developed rapidly, domestic telecommunication operator and telecommunication equipment vendor have increasing competition, operator are increasingly high requirements in the design of project management. for the next competition is not crushed, we must learn project management on the domestic and foreign advanced project management methods and techniques.As a thesis for project management master, this paper depends on basic knowledge of PM, stand on experience before, and also according to my working experience. This paper select communication engineering project management&organization structure as a research object, including following contents use for conference: research and analyze the existing problem of project management structure; the necessary of PM rebuild in project risk management; the necessary of PM rebuild in project communication management; the total realizable solution including structure rebuild, risk management, process control, and communication management. This thesis uses the methods of comparison, contrast, key facts analysis as well as visiting and investigating. I hope this thesis can use for reference for telecommunication equipment vendor management reform.
