Research On Communication Management Of FT R&D Project In CH Company

With the improvement of living standards,the market demand for electronic consumer goods is constantly upgrading.In order to lead the market rapidly,enterprises are constantly developing new technologies and new products,and research and development projects are increasing.High-tech enterprises are developing many R&D projects at the same time,and project management problems such as resource allocation conflict,R&D data confusion,product design reliability failure and design rework emerge endlessly.Communication runs through the whole process of R&D project management.To achieve the goal of R&D project and build a cohesive R&D team,research on R&D project communication management is a very important topic for high-tech enterprises.This paper analyses the background and characteristics of FT R&D project,and sums up the whole life cycle management mode and communication status of FT project from the weak matrix organization structure,project management software platform,communication channels,assessment management mode and skill training mode.Starting from the data confusion,inefficient meeting,reliability failure,design rework and resource allocation conflict in FT R&D project,this paper collects data by questionnaire survey method,and analyses the specific causes of communication problems,such as inappropriate weak matrix organization structure,incompatible project organizational atmosphere,non-serial software platform,single communication channel,lack of feedback in communication planning,etc.Project information is not processed reasonably,report performance is not timely,lack of conflict management mechanism,lack of project skills of communication subjects and communication skills of communication subjects.Specific improvement measures are put forward from three aspects: improving communication environment,improving communication management process,improving project skills and communication skills of communication subjects,including adjusting project organization structure,outdoor development,team building,building E-flow intelligent office management platform,regular project performance appraisal,increasing conflict management mechanism,establishing project-specific "learning and development department";Establishment of talent evaluation system,E-learning platform,regular training and so on,and in-depth analysis of the strong matrix organizational structure and the role of information communication platform in project communication.
