The staff training which plays an important role in the process of the whole human resource management and development is an essential kind of function as well as effective way for improving the human resource of enterprises. The 21st century has entered the information age, which brings us the new concept and mode of conduct. Informationization also brings a big blow for the development of enterprises and human resource management. The original traditional training methods are challenged by the new learning concept in the information age. With the rapid development of Internet technology and constant strengthening of enterprise Information-based, E–learning has become a new trend and has been extended successfully by many companies. E–learning can solve a large number of problems which the traditional training methods can not solve, such as slowly renewing the learning content,high training cost,monotone training style, etc.Therefore, this paper aims at analyzing how to establish the E-learning system on the basis of the internal meaning of E-learning. The paper analyzes the factors which will affect the E-learning system and points out the mistakes of building the e-learning system in our country. According to these, the paper finally takes the Wuhan Iron and Steer Corporation (WISCO) for example, and gives the suggestions and advices for its e-learning system establishment. The contents are as follows:Chapter one introduces the background of this research and the meaning for selecting this title. Then briefly analyzes the e-learning system development both at home and abroad, and proposed the research contents of this text on this basis.Chapter two introduces the internal meaning of E-learning, as well as the traits,models,developing trends and theoretical foundation of E-learning.Chapter three analyzes the relevant e-learning system theory, including the factors which will affect the E-learning system and the mistakes of building the e-learning system in our country.Chapter four takes WISCO for example. According to analyze the real circumstance of WISCO, it points out the necessity of building the e-learning system in WISCO, and make some suggestions for it.
