Heneman who is an American psychological&behavior scientist first identified pay satisfaction was a multidimensional structure - four dimensions model; Some scholars had done in-depth research on four dimensions model and verified the reasonableness of the four-dimensional model in different countries and different sample groups, but also someone had proposed that with the environment changing the number of demensions of pay satisfaction is variational.In China, the study of multidimensional model of pay satisfaction is only in its infancy. As the management depends on environment absolutely, and the culture between west and east is different obviously, transplanting the results of foreign research simply are not effective. Therefore the actual needs in accordance with Chinese cultural background and the light of the current environment require us to research pay satisfaction multi-dimensional model in line with Chinese specific circumstances.In this paper, with learning from past research results, the original data on pay satisfaction in domestic enterprises are received in the form questionnaires. After the collation of data, statistical analysis, reliability and validity of the test, confirmatory research is done on pay satisfaction multi-dimensional model. Based on the models fit on pay satisfaction of different dimensions and the ability to explain the models, optimal model of pay satisfaction is selected ultimately.Based on the optimal model of pay satisfaction, to analyze the impact of the organizational dimensions on the demensions of pay satisfaction and to exploringly study all dimensions of the prediction model of pay satisfaction. Then a concrete analysis is made about the diffrence of pay satisfaction caused by personal characteristics. Finally, throught the above conclusion, it conducts the prediction model of overall pay satisfaction and the differences between eastern and western models.After the end of the study period, based on our analysis of the objective environment and the research findings, it sums up the limitations of this study, makes improvements on the pay problems of Chinese companies and ultimately theoretical achievement rise to process of practice.
