Research On The Theory And Approaches Of Enterprises Investment Evaluation

The development of practical economic activities shows that financing difficulty is the bottleneck restricting the further development of enterprises. The assessment of enterprises' investment value is the most crucial factor involves venture capital investment. Hence, solving the theory and methods of assessing enterprises' investment value not only has its own theoretical meaning but is also important in the social application. This is the main purpose of the thesis.Combining theoretical analysis with the positive analysis, this thesis focuses on the following three aspects to discuss the assessment theory and method of enterprises' investment value. They are the meaning of the enterprises' value, the source of the investment, and the assessment method. On the basis of the existent research on business investment values, the thesis points out that the investment value is the sum of current profit value and the value of the potential profit. Then the thesis uses the enterprise capability theory to analyze the source of investment value and essential character. Based on the conclusion this thesis puts forward the formation of enterprises' investment value. Finally, the thesis demonstrates the feasibility of the model by empirical evidences and come to a conclusion.
