With the rising of knowledge-based economy all over the world, the knowledge management gradually becomes the focus of the enterprise management. As an important part of knowledge-management process, knowledge transfer is also an essential foundation for many organizations to construct the competitive advantage. The paper mainly researches on the relationship between stages and effects of knowledge transfer from employee to organization based upon the viewpoint of "relation fit". The research combines both the ways of theories and demonstrations. Meanwhile, the research tries to make a certain innovation on knowledge-transfer research, and to provide some useful advices for the enterprises in knowledge management practice.The research work mainly covers the following aspects. 1. Research and summarize the theories on knowledge transfer both home and abroad, which hereby forms the base of the research. 2. Adopt the "relation fit" as medi-variable, construct the concept mode of knowledge transfer from employee to enterprise. Though the software SPSS15.0 & AMOS7.0, the paper constructs Structure Equation Modeling which be modified by the dates collected from questionnaires. 3. Raise the suggestions and measures based on the combination of research results and the facts of the enterprise.The research results mainly cover the following aspects. 1. The whole process of knowledge transfer from employee to enterprise includes: prepare stage, transfer stage and integrate stage. 2. All of the three stages which affect the knowledge transfer by the sort of importance should be: integrate stage, prepare stage and transfer stage. The former two stages are the key stages which easily be ignored by enterprise and employee. 3. Knowledge transfer stages include the different kinds of relation fit(Affective fit,Cognitive fit and Competence fit). In order to achieve goals, the enterprise should strengthen pertinently on each stage.In the end, the paper points out the deficiency and the perspective of the research.
