The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy. In Wenzhou, many private low-voltage electrical enterprises are facing such severe challenges as economic globalization, the rapid development of high-tech and knowledge capital position significantly enhanced, etc. Extensive management is unable to meet the requirements of long-term development; human resources have become key competitiveness.K Company is an industry representative in Wenzhou. In order to achieve marketing strategies, gain competitive advantages and promote sustainable development, it is an urgent task to establish scientific and standardized performance management system. This paper studys on the theories and methods of performance evaluation and discusses the current problems in the marketing department. It also defines the ways and principles of new performance management system. According to company strategies, it designs marketing team performance indicator system by means such as BSC, determines the weight of indicators, assessment standards and procedures. New performance management system is thus established in K Company. Finally, it introduces the new system and makes evaluation.
