Performance management is a continuous process in evaluation process and team, andmaking the performance and the organization’s strategic goal to maintain consistent.Performance management is the important link of the human resources management andEnterprise development, is the enterprise to make full use of human resources to complete theenterprise goals and realize sustainable the important work. At present, the managers areaware of the importance of performance management of modern enterprises, but in practice,many companies only pay attention to the performance system of individual employees’ workand personal performance evaluation, while neglecting the overall performance management.How to design a set to be able to in the enterprise to play its due role, to help the team andprocess current situation for performance appraisal system, is an urgent task facing of thecompany development.W corp.is a nation-wide public enterprises, business diversity-rich, main business isdivided into logistics and financial banks. This article takes W corp. for subject investigated,from the practical point of performance management, combined with W corp. sales teamperformance system to analyze the current situation and existing problems, enhancedorganizational efficiency and build model, mobilize the enthusiasm of its staff to achievedesign goals.This article describes W corp. original sales team performance management system,analysis of company performance system problems, based on the job functions within thesales team, using performance tools for system design, design a team performance assessmentof weight、Performance appraisal form and performance management system. This article alsostudies the performance system of promotion in the company’s viability and effectiveness,andfeathers performance system designed to promote enterprise, teams, employees ’ commondevelopment goals.
