With the development of market economy,the importance of employees to the enterprise is becoming more and more prominent,and the enterprise pays more attention to the staff's assessment and incentives.Performance appraisal has become the core management module of enterprise.LJ company has been restructured by state-owned enterprises for many years,but the performance appraisal system still has some problems such as system insufficiency,unreasonable evaluation index,irrational weight setting,insufficient application of evaluation results and so on,which restricts the effect of performance appraisal.Based on the in-depth study of the performance appraisal theory and literature,according to the organization structure of LJ company,the characteristics of production workshop,the current situation of performance appraisal and the outstanding problems,this paper optimized the performance appraisal system of the problem oriented.First of all,the key performance index method and the target management method are used to optimize the performance appraisal index,and AHP is used to determine the weight of performance appraisal index;Secondly,from the perspective of human resources development such as guiding the employee's behavior,the job adjustment,salary adjustment,the competency evaluation,the staff training and education,this paper expanded the application of the results of the assessment;Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal,from the establishment of scientific performance culture,the integration and optimization of performance appraisal organization system,the revise and improvement of the performance appraisal file system,the staffing and personnel capacity building of performance management,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions.Through the optimization and improvement of the existing problems,this paper can effectively promote the.systematicness,scientific and implementation of LJ's production workshop performance appraisal system,and also provide an important reference for the overall reform and optimization of the performance appraisal system of LJ company.
