In-depth reform of the power system has changed the internal and external environment of the power grid enterprises.In order to adapt to the changes,the new management ideas have gradually emerged.The reform of the power system has increased the complexity of the organizational structure of the power grid enterprises.To achieve the strategic objectives of power grid enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,need to research performance appraisal content,performance appraisal has become an important part of power management.This paper takes Qinhuangdao A workshop performance appraisal system as the research object,finds out the existing problems of the existing performance appraisal and gives the improvement method.Firstly,the paper puts forward the background of the research and the significance of the research,analyzes the development and status quo of the performance appraisal system at home and abroad,puts forward the specific content and research methods of this research,and expounds and analyzes the relevant theories of performance appraisal.Including the basic concepts of performance appraisal,process,selection of key indicators,weight distribution methods and the use of performance results.Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation and performance appraisal regulations of A workshop,studies the performance appraisal status of A workshop,and analyzes the existing performance contract content,and finds the problems in the performance appraisal of A workshop.Analyze the cause of the problem.Thirdly,Aiming at various problems existing in the performance appraisal,an improvement plan is proposed to ensure fair,fair and reasonable performance appraisal.Last of all,the paper gives countermeasures to improve the performance level of A workshop,ensuring the feasibility of the assessment system,and various safeguard measures which can consolidate and ensure the effective implementation of the performance assessment system are established and analyzed.
