This thesis is instilled on basis of comprehending reverse logistics in depth.Initiated by definitions of reverse logistics summed up by the logistics associations home and abroad, further illustrations to the causes, concepts, categories and theoretical foundation of reverse logistics are clarified before analyzing the reverse logistics background and research status home and abroad and comparing logistics and reverse logistics in details. Based on a detailed description of reverse logistics, the reverse logistics system is constructed and its consistent parts, features and function are analyzed. In addition that, the network structure and network devising are concerned.Panoramic viewing to the reverse logistics and its system, cost and risks of the reverse logistics system are analyzed. Concept and contents of reverse logistics cost are put forward on the basis of analyzing the product life span to logistics cost. Logistics cost and reverse logistics cost is compared and cost composition and cost accounting are studied, meanwhile, the risks of the reverse logistics system are classified and each category is carried out in-depth research respectively in this paper.In this model, the reverse logistics system is divided into four sections, variables and constraints of each section are adequately explained. Calculating process of the model is detailed illustrated through the analysis of reverse logistics system cost and risks of the waste computers.Finally, the conclusion and research prospect are put forward.
