Study On Plan For Guanzhong Area Urban Agglomeration Logistic Network

The construction of Guanzhong Area Urban Agglomeration (GAUA) has just started. In order to make the holistic construction and planning more perfect, to make the planning process more reasonable, the complete and harmonious planning and constructing frastructure must be reasonable. But logistic activity is one of the biggest factors which affect it. So it's signifcant to make a systemtic plan for Guanzhong Area Urban Agglomeration Logistic Network (GAUALN) through scientific methods, from long term point of view and macroscopical level. This way can accelerate the construction of GAUA union, to make it grow faster and stronger. This article used relative theory and method of regional economic and systemic engineering and studied the problems concerning GAUALN. We think the logistic network plan under the frame of regional ecnomy. Our studying object is Urban Agglomeration & Logistic. We mainly studied logistic planning, among it, logistic network is the core. In logistic network chapter, we build up two level mode for GAUALN, Level I and Level II. Level I refers to the network made by all the 1st level node ( one city is one node) and the main road between the various cities. This article build up a index system which can classify the node cities in GAUALN. With integration of APH, we grade all the node cities in GAUA, and ascertain the developing direction and scale for all node cities. Level II refers to the various Logsitic Nodes of certral logistic cities and the road between them. During the studying in this chapter, we build up a Optimal selection Indicator System which can tell you how to evaluate and select location for Logistic Center(LC). With help of APH method, we take Xi'an as example, we accertain the project for Xi'an to select the best LC. Then we make some improvement for this project. Late, we based on the Cellular Automaton (CA) mode and made out the shortest way for Xi'ans' logistic and delivery system. We achieved sucessfully in optimizing the roads with the minimum cost.Anyway, the ieda for GAUALN planning is practical and is important for guidance. It can also bring strong support for government decision maker.
