"The Analects Of Confucius" And The Reconstruction Of Family Enterprise Culture

The family enterprise is the important strut strength of our national economy life,and its development condition has the sincere influence to national economical trend.More than 20 years reform and open policy of our country causes the family enterprise unceasingly to grow, and the effective promotion of national economy has continued fast to develop.In the face of the modern market's sustained economic development,the family enterprise's development is being seriously challenged.Family enterprise's mean lifetime of our country is very short,and the important reason is family enterprise has not established the enterprise culture which adapted the request of time development.In view of the present situation of family enterprise,this article first to analyze the connotation and characteristics of China's family enterprise cultural and the existing cultural roots,and the influence of "family culture" on the development of family enterprises.It believed that China's strong "family culture" is the cultural bases of traditional family enterprise choose system,resulting in our family enterprise use of family management means.The cultural tradition not only has the advantageous side which enables enterprise development,but also had the very big limitation.According to the above,this article has analyzed some important management of "The Analects of Confucius" and its conjunction spot with the Family firm cultural reconstruction, thought that "The Analects of Confucius" still has certain positive influence regarding our today's Family firm culture,such as Confucius's the unified thought of "courtesy" and "benevolence",the thought of "practices self-cultivation",the thought of "to know the human to make good use of",the thought of "to see the profit and think the righteousness",the spirit of "the loyal filial piety",the thought of "peace is precious" and the study thought,has the vital practical significance regarding the cultural reconstruction of the family enterprises.It has indicated the direction for the construction of family enterprise culture.It is precisely these useful ideas of management which has played a great role in the promoting of the rising of the East Asian economies,in Japan,South Korea,China's Hong Kong and Taiwan and the mainland which has become the management of many family businesses as the enterprise management credo of implementing and it has made tremendous success.Based on the above analysis and the discussion,this paper obtains the enlightenment of "The Analects of Confucius" to the contemporary family enterprise culture.If China family enterprise wants to realize its development and expansion,it should take root in the traditional culture,fully derives the management wisdom of "Confucian analects" while studying west advanced managerial experiences.It should set up the humanist enterprise culture idea; combine "the rule by people" and "the government by law";construct study organization; Integrate the social capital diligently;do business honestly;construct the internal and external harmonious environment of enterprise,establishing the material culture,the energetic culture, the behavior culture and the system culture of the enterprise from various aspects,ultimately forming the family enterprise culture which time request and realizing the sustainable development of family enterprises.
