As a major quantitative indicators measure of the income distribution, the Gini coefficient is practical and the calculation is simple. For a long time it is widely used by national scholars. But to its cross-sectional data for the material, it can only reflect the distribution of income "uniform" and differences in degree, not reflect the extent of changes in income distribution. The introduction of time-series, from the perspective of the flow of income distribution contribute to an overall understanding of the income distribution gap between the causes, consequences and the corresponding social effects.This article from the perspective of liquidity Gini coefficient analysis of the economic transition of urban residents in Xinjiang income distribution. Concluded: compared with the national average, the transition distribution of income of urban residents in Xinjiang at a relatively basic state average, the income gap is widening trend, but the margin was not obvious; various sectors, the income of residents in various regions of significant flows; and the income of residents Obviously flow upward mobility, income distribution in the Pareto improve stage.Finally, classified the above conclusions and give some advice to the economic development of Xinjiang towns to promote economic growth while maintaining a reasonable flow of income.
