Study On Rural Social Endowment Insurance Of Famers And Herdsmen In Inner Mongolia

Recently, The living level of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia has been improved greatly. Various social undertakings in the farm and pastoral areas have been also developed quickly. But until now farmers and herdsmen haven't any social securities. Everyone's life is only concerned with himself. Nowadays farmers and herdsmen are facing all kinds of challenges, from market economy and so on. Establishing and perfecting the social security system in the farm and pastoral areas is a great subject. In this paper, the author investigates the present situation of social endowment insurance in the farm and pastoral. And she put forward some suggestions on how to perfect the social endowment insurance system of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia. Especially she emphasizes the responsibility of government in the processing of social endowment insurance system of farmers and herdsmen, and she also think that the social endowment insurance system financing mode and fund overall planning of farmers and herdsmen should not different with urban residents'. It is necessary to establish a social endowment insurance system of Urban-rural Integration.
