The Analysis Of The Risk Of Innovation And The Way Of Controlling In Small And Medium Enterprises In Jiangsu

Technological innovation is not only the main resource of promoting the development of modern economy, but also the main way to increase the competitiveness of corporation and to make the company developed persistently and healthy. Small and medium enterprises are the main force of national and zoning economy. In recent years, small and medium enterprises are superior to large scale industry in technological innovation to some extents and have become the main force to carry out the technological innovation. However, because of their disadvantages in funds, policy and human resources, they have to undertake the high risk of technological innovation. Both the quantity and scale of the small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu are ranging on the first level of our country, which makes it become the main province that based on small and medium enterprises. Therefore, the development of small and medium enterprises is connected to the development of Jiangsu economy. On the other hand, technological innovation of small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu is also experiencing high risk and has a high failure rate.Based on the intensive study of the current situation of the development and technological innovation of small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu, this article intergrades theory with practice, then makes a systematic analysis about the risk of technological innovation of small and medium enterprises and gives some suggestions to control and keep away the risk. Firstly, this article makes a new definition about the meaning of technological innovation and the risk of technological innovation, which is based on the study of previous achievements of the two. Then in contact with the current situation of small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu, it concludes a main seven contents of the risk of technological innovation—technology, market, management, human resources, fund, production and policy and environment. With the intensive research of the seven contents, this article makes a point that technological innovation of the small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu is in high risk. Then, based on the characteristic of the seven contents of risk, to make an right analysis of the technological innovation and its risk of small and medium enterprises, this article structures the evaluation index system of enterprises'self innovation and applies the method of connecting the AHP and Delphi method.
