Research On Improving The Independent Innovation Capability Of Jiangsu Non-State Enterprises

As a strong province in non-state, Jiangsu sustained steady and rapid growth in non-state economic, non-state economic gross and percentage is boosting step by step. However, facing with rapid global tread and challenge from integrating into WTO, Jiangsu's non-state enterprises are encountering fierce international competition, poor independent innovation capability is becoming a key bottleneck to improve international competitiveness. The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China has strengthened to enhance the independent innovation capability in a strategy height in China's economic and social development during the"11th Five-Year Plan"period, non-state enterprises have a good opportunity on independent innovation. The paper describes the evolution actuality of Jiangsu's non-state enterprises, builds enterprise independent innovation capability evaluation system to do the statistic analysis, at last, the paper propose some suggestions.Above all, the paper describes the feasibility of research on Jiangsu's non-state enterprises, gives a review on the literature of enterprise's innovation and technology innovation, and makes a conclusion. Then it makes a detailed analysis about the notion, characteristic and signification of independent innovation.Second, the paper describes the evolution actuality of Jiangsu's non-state enterprises, analyzes the independent innovation situation of Jiangsu's non-state enterprises, finds out the main gap of non-state enterprises independent innovation between Jiangsu and Zhejiang by comparing the independent innovation pattern. At last, it estimates the independent innovation capability of Jiangsu's non-state enterprises and shows its strength and weakness by using SWOT method.The third part of the paper gives some suggestions about improve the independent innovation capability of Jiangsu's non-state enterprises from six aspects, based on the result of preceding analysis.At last, the paper makes a conclusion about the achievements and problems, discussed about the insufficiency point during the research. Finally, the paper gives some expectations on the future research.
