An enterprise group is a united legal person body formed by many enterprises, which are around an abundant strength enterprise. They are united mainly by property, and also by products, technology, operating contract. China's large-scale state-owned enterprise group mainly grows up from state-owned enterprises going through transition from the planning system, therefore, whether state-owned enterprise group can adapt to the changed external environment through its internal organizational changes, will be the most important part in China's reform on state-owned enterprises. Among them the organizational structure change is playing a key role in its organizational change.In past ten years, the traditional economy structure has completely been changed the fast developing network economy .The new characteristics of network economy bring a deeply innovation to the present enterprises in the fields of strategic ideas, operation method, organization structure etc. And it leads them to adjust their operation ideas and development strategy it is a very significant thing to research into the enterprise development strategy under the network economy background. Therefore, the purpose of the thesis is to analyze the trend of structural change of China's state-owned enterprise group under current changed market and network environment.This thesis includes six chapters totally. In the first chapter, the thesis expatiated on the significance of its research purpose and methods, then the second chapter came a systematic review on organizational structure theories and concepts; The third part is that through thorough analysis on state-owned enterprise group, it figured out the motives and resistance of its structural organizational changing and removing .The four part analysis that parent-subsidiary structure and interior network in the enterprise group is the fittest organizational structure in that it not only can adapt to current changeful environment, but also suit state-owned enterprise groups' inherited characteristics. Finally, the thesis responds to the measure that adapt to the network framework of organization pattern. And then sum up this thesis.
