Along with the rising of knowledge-based economy in the world, knowledge is gradually replacing traditional factor of production, namely capital,labor and land as the chief resource for enterprise developmet,the knowledge management is also becoming the indispensable choice of organizations to overcome the challenges brought from rapidly changing environment,vehement market competition. As an important link of knowledge management process the knowledge transfer turns to more and more important.To make full use of knowledge and acquire mew knowledge, enterprise must transfer the knowledge efficiently which spreads aroud different people.On the view of individual level, this paper analyses the specific process of knowledge transfer between employees of State-owned Holding Enterprise Group, constructs a concept model of knowledge and makes empirical study. This paper firstly revealed the knowledge transfer process mechanism between people of State-owned Holding Enterprise Group and characterized its common process through the review of abundant literature and field interview; Based on the academic analyze, the model of knowledge was constructed,which contained five invluence factors,two regulate variable and five control variable.Relevent hypothesis was also brought forward. And then Qustionaire survey was carried out which taken employees of State-owned Holding Enterprise Group in Hunan as imvestiation object.178 questionnairs were distributed and 155 effective ones were received finally.At last Spss13.0 statistics software was used to examine the actual condition of knowledge transfer between people, and to examine the hypotheses been supported or not.According to the result of investigation and data analysis, several important research result are drawn.The results are : first,the tacit character of knowledge has positive influence on successful knowledge transfer;second, the knowledge acquisition's motivation and absorptive capability has positive influence on successful knowledge transfer;third,the knowledge transferor's intent and capacity to transfer has positive influence on successful knowledge transfer;fourth,organization's support and trust between people has partial regulation effect on the influence of characteristic of receivcer and transferor to successful knowledge transfer;fifth, The background variables also have affected successful knowledge transfer in certain degree.The research on knowledge transfer question in domestic is still very young.This paper merely carried out some perilminary exploraitons,and the futurere search need to continually consummate the knowledge transfer theory system, empirical study between people in different enterprises and so on.
